- 2tbsp Unrefined coconut oil
- 20 mins prior to your meal, eat the raw walnuts.
- Right before your meal, take the 1tbsp raw fiber, 1 digestive enzymes, 1 rounded tsp of Ceylon cinnamon, and 2 tbsp of unrefined coconut oil.
- Drink at least a glass of water.
